I used this week's
Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge to make a 40th Birthday card for my friend. I know it's hard to turn 40 (not that I'm there yet!!) so what better way then to say she's fabulous?!? :) Here's the sketch:
I tried using just plain kraft paper since I've been loving all the cards I've been seeing with kraft lately. But I'm just not a plain & simple girl - I had to spice it up with some ink "distressing". Then I decided to make a little gift box filled with her favorite candies - Mentos!
I made up this box because I wanted to fit 6 rolls of Mentos in it. It it came out pretty good - very impressed with myself - LOL!
