Another Bunny Card

For my last Easter card, I decided to use the sketch on Card Positioning Systems:

This picture isn't the greatest so here is a close up of the bunnies:

These bunnies are just so sweet looking that I had to put both of them on my last Easter card! I kept it simple with only paper piecing on the bunnies (and the flower button on her headband!). I was going to add a layer of another color paper on the main card, but it was too busy so I just used Versamark & an old SU speckle stamp! Happy Easter!

Sweet Little Bunny

I love this card I made using the sketch this week on Stamp TV:

This bunny is just the cutest thing! I paper pieced her dress, headband & ears. And used my favorite embossing folder! Simple but cute!

Happy Easter! SG14

It's almost Easter so it's time for some Easter cards!! The sketch over on Sketch Girl worked out great with the card I wanted to make. Here's the sketch:

I decided to go with my favorites - vintage with some paper piecing and my favorite flower! It's a little hard to tell from the picture, but I antiqued everything with a stipple brush and SU Chocolate Chip & Caramel ink - mmm two of the things I love about Easter - the candy!! I hope to be back with some more Easter cards this week!

Pretty in Pink - SG13

It's all about the birthday girl on the card I made for Sketch Girl's sketch #13. And since she's only 3 yrs old...I went all out!! Here is the sketch:

I loved this little girl when I first saw her...she's just the cutest thing isn't she??! I paper pieced her & the cupcake and used watercolor pencils for her skin - no copics yet! The pink trim is actually velvet ribbon so with the glittery polka dots it has a lot of texture - perfect for a little girl!
